News // With a global recession looming or in progress depending on who you talk to executive payouts are creating cries of outrage.
News // Having gotten their calculators out (no doubt) Warner Bros has announced that the Deathly Hallows: Part II will be released July 15, 2011
News // First there's stories about the lead-up to the awards, then there's stories speculating about who will win, there's coverage of first the red carpet and then the awards themselves, then there's stories about who actually won and who *should* have won and how well the night went and the after parties and... oh my god!
Movies // But the fact that the main conversation we had when we'd finished watching the movie was about Scarlett Johansson and Drew Barrymore's teeth should be recognised universally as a non-endorsement for the film.
Funny Lines // I want that paper that will fit into my folder and stay there without sticky tape.
Odd Spot // Aparently a professional melon picker (who knew?... although it does make sense, who else would pick all the melons?) has broken his world record for breaking watermelons on his head. His previous record was 40 and this year he's upped it to 47 watermelons, in a minute! So well done John Allwood for the achievement and Guiness World Records for continuing to be such an enabler of lunacy!
Funny Lines // Highlighting is just reading with colour

Just a quick note, you know to clear the air and of course make something clearer than
mud. This is a site full of opinions. Every so often fact creeps in there, infact many of
the opinions are spawned from facts but generally speaking this site is full of crap and
is here to amuse me (and perhaps you too) but it definitely isn't informative. Please
don't be fooled by such headings as "news" and just because there's a heading marked
"opinions" don't mean the opinions stop there.

Here's a collection of some of my favourite sites to just veg out and read, note these
are external links... obviously.

I don't police what I write very carefully, so although I generally don't write about
highly offensive material, or swear a lot in my writing, I would self-classify this page
as M, recommended for a mature audience. (As opposed to the lower classifications of G,
general or PG, parental guidance recommended or one of the higher classifications: MA 15+
or R 18+.) See Australian classifications information
here.
