Watchmen (2009) This film is absolutely incredible on a number of points. Firsly, the length 160mins is very long and a movie has to be good to maintain your interest for that long, secondly there is a lot of substance to the plot and the underlying message from the 1986 graphic novel series is still as pertinent today as it was then, thirdly and finally the action sequences are superb. The IMDB rating of 8.3/10 is well deserved.
